چکیده

Recent autonomous intelligent transportation systems commonly adopt vehicular communication. Efficient communication between vehicles-to-everything (AV2X) is mandatory to ensure road safety by decreasing traffic jamming, approaching emergency vehicle warning, and assisting in low visibility traffic. In this paper, a new adaptive AV2X model, based on novel optimization method enhance the connectivity of networks, proposed. The presented model optimizes inter-vehicle position communicate with (AV) or relay information everything. Based system quality-of-service (QoS) being achieved, decision will be taken whether transmitting AV communicates directly destination through cooperative To achieve given objectives, best relay-vehicle issue was mathematically formulated as constrained problem under different environmental conditions. illustrate effectiveness proposed following factors are considered: distribution vehicles, density, mobility speed. Simulation results show how outperforms other previous models enhances performance terms four benchmark aspects: throughput (S), packet loss rate (PLR), delivery ratio (PDR) average latency (DL).

Autonomous Underwater Vehicle Hull Geometry Optimization Using a Multi-objective Algorithm Approach

Abstarct In this paper, a new approach to optimize an Autonomous Underwater Vehicle (AUV) hull geometry is presented. Using this methode, the nose and tail of an underwater vehicle are designed, such that their length constraints due to the arrangement of different components in the AUV body are properly addressed. In the current study, an optimal design for the body profile of a torpedo-shaped...

Obstacle avoidance for an autonomous vehicle using force field method

This paper presents a force field concept for guiding a vehicle at a high speed maneuver. This method is  similar to potential field method. In this paper, motion constrains like vehicles velocity, distance to obstacle and tire conditions and such lane change conditions as zero slop condition and zero lateral acceleration are discussed. After that, possible equations as vehicles path ar...

Adaptive Neuro-Fuzzy Technique for Autonomous Ground Vehicle Navigation

This article proposes an adaptive neuro-fuzzy inference system (ANFIS) for solving navigation problems of an autonomous ground vehicle (AGV). The system consists of four ANFIS controllers; two of which are used for regulating both the left and right angular velocities of the AGV in order to reach the target position; and other two ANFIS controllers are used for optimal heading adjustment in ord...

Production Line Technique for Autonomous Vehicle Scheduling

This paper considers the problem of scheduling autonomous vehicles in intersections. A new system is proposed that could be an additional choice to the recently introduced autonomous intersection management (AIM) model. The proposed system is based on the production line technique, where the environment of the intersection, vehicles position, speeds and turning are specified and determined in a...

Ontology-based methods for enhancing autonomous vehicle path planning

We report the results of a first implementation demonstrating the use of an ontology to support reasoning about obstacles to improve the capabilities and performance of on-board route planning for autonomous vehicles. This is part of an overall effort to evaluate the performance of ontologies in different components of an autonomous vehicle within the 4D/RCS system architecture developed at NIS...
